These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Campa Beverages website (the "Site"), operated by Campa Beverages Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). The Site provides information about, and accepts applications for, Campa Beverages franchise, dealership, and distributorship opportunities.

Submitting an enquiry or application does not create any binding agreement and does not guarantee that a franchise, dealership, or distributorship will be granted. All applications are subject to our review, eligibility criteria, and approval at our sole discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to apply. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in every form you submit.

An application fee applies. The exact amount, payment method, and refund terms are communicated to you during the application process.

You agree to use the Site lawfully, not to submit false or misleading information, and not to interfere with the Site or attempt to disrupt its security. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

The Site relies on third-party services (for example, our email provider) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
